Inside Sleepy Bear Cabin
We have thoughtfully appointed Sleepy Bear Cabin with all the comforts of home so you can enjoy your stay in the wilderness. Read on to see the details by room.
Kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need to cook at the cabin or just order takeout, including:
- Gas range
- Fridge and freezer with ice cube trays
- Microwave
- Dishwasher
- Coffee maker & grinder
- Nespresso coffee maker with pods
- Pots and pans
- Mixing bowls, strainer, and grater
- Bowls, salad plates, and dinner plates for 6
- Barware, including all ranges of cocktail glasses as well as shakers and bartender tools
- Any and every kitchen utensil you can think of
- Cutting boards and hot pads
- An assortment of spices and condiments kept fresh above the stove and in the fridge
- Storage bags, foil, and Tupperware
- Bar and kitchen towels
- Cleaning supplies
- A dining table for 6
- A charging hub for all of your phones and tablets
- A shot ski — every ski cabin needs one!
Living Room
The living room has a new sectional with seating for 5 as well as a recliner. In the coffee table chest, you'll find an assortment of games to play.
We have a gas fireplace for those cold nights to warm up the cabin quickly!
The Roku-powered TV has a guest profile for all major streaming services, plus a FUBO subscription for live TV, all powered by our high-speed fiber Google Wi-Fi.
We also have Sonos speakers throughout the cabin. Cast your favorite music from your phone, or use the cabin's hub device to control the smart lighting and music.
Master Loft
The master loft features a king-size bed with a brand-new Purple hybrid mattress. There's also a half bath in the master loft, as well as a dressing vanity, dresser, and master closet. A cozy loft space in front of the bedroom is perfect for relaxing and reading a good book, and there's a Roku TV in the master loft too.
Guest Bedroom 1
Our first guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed. We also offer built-in USB outlets in the wall sconces for easy phone charging. A dresser and a closet are available for storage.
Guest Bedroom 2
Guest bedroom 2 features a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed. This room is great for kids! A dresser and closet are also available, and there are two pack and plays with SlumberPods for the tiniest of kids.
Outdoor Space
We have a great front porch as well as a spacious back deck with patio furniture and camping chairs. Start a fire in our brand-new Solo Stove and grill your dinner on the new Blackstone griddle.
For the Kids
We have 3 kids under 3 and know how hard it can be to travel with young ones. We've appointed the cabin with the following children's items:
- 2 pack and plays, including mattresses and crib sheets
- SlumberPods for the pack and plays to create a dark space
- Sound machines
- Baby cameras and monitors
- Kids' cups, dishes, and utensils
- 2 portable high chairs
- An assortment of children's toys and books
- A collapsible bathtub for bath time in the shower
- A craft cabinet with coloring books, crayons, markers, and more
- First aid kit, dechoker device, and baby thermometer
- Netflix for Cocomelon. I know, I know, but you need it.
- A baby gate for the spiral staircase that can also cover the kitchen area
